Teaching
Several courses introducing students to research in applied physics are given by our group, they are all based on one principle: learning by doing.
-
Quantum entanglement lab
The lab gives undergraduate students an opportunity to measure a quantum effect at the heart of current research: polarization entanglement in pairs of photons. -
Electronics for physicists
The course provides graduate students with the understanding and knowledge in electronics required to run complex physics experiments. -
Quantum entanglement Practicum
The course gives advanced undergraduate students an opportunity to delve deeper in quantum science and to get an introduction to research in quantum optics. -

The advisory committee of the school has chosen the topic of Quantum Photonic Technologies. The School will give to young students and researchers an excellent opportunity to attend a series of lectures on the foundations of the field as will as state of the art of current technologies. The lectures will be held by internationally recognized experts and will cover both fundamental aspects and applications. The students will have the opportunity to interact efficiently, exchange their knowledge, and importantly, discuss and learn directly from international experts in the field.Link to the winter school webpage.
